RLC Extractor (ie) extracts resistance, inductance and
capacitance for general conductor system and generates SPICE file to
simulate it.
3-D Visualizer (ieviewer) displays conductor system in 3-D and provides
functions of zoom-in, zoom-out and rotation.

Download & Installation:
RLC Extractor: copy execution file ie.exe
to your directory
copy fastcap file fastcap.exe
to your directory
3-D Visualizer: copy execution
file ieviewer.exe to your
directory
copy glut32.dll
to WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 directory
